Delhi Public School, Ranchi has once again proved its academic excellence as 14 students of the school qualified Level 01 of the prestigious 57th National Mathematics Talent Contest (NMTC), organised by the Association of Mathematics Teachers of India (AMTI), and have been selected for Level 02 of this highly competitive examination.

The contest aims to identify and encourage students with original and creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to attempt unfamiliar and non-routine mathematical challenges.

Sanvy’s exceptional performance and determination have not only earned her the top position but also a 100% scholarship for the first academic year, covering her complete fee waiver. In a proud and celebratory moment for Delhi Public School, Ranchi, the CBSE 2025 State toppers — Vaishnavi Swadha (Class XII) and Atulya Shreshth (Class X) — were felicitated today by the Honourable Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Hemant Soren, at a special ceremony held in Ranchi. Vaishnavi’s father, Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, received the award on her behalf.
Recognizing their outstanding academic achievements in the CBSE Board Examinations 2025, the Chief Minister presented both students with a cash award of ₹3 lakhs, along with a laptop and a mobile phone. He congratulated the young achievers and extended his best wishes for their future academic and professional journeys.

Students of Delhi Public School, Ranchi, brought laurels to the institution by securing top positions in the Aryabhatta Mathematics Competition 2024-25, conducted by Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from various DPS schools, and the young mathematicians of DPS Ranchi showcased their analytical brilliance and problem-solving acumen.

In the Senior Group, Ansruta Asavari Mandal (Class XI) emerged as the top achiever with a cash prize of ₹8000, followed by Pragyan Ranjan (Class XI) securing ₹6000. Dhairya Singh (Class XI), Sanskar Roy (Class XI) and Aditya Pratap (Class XI) also performed commendably, bagging cash prizes of ₹3000, ₹3000 and ₹2000 respectively.

In the Middle Group, Md Ariz Tousif (Class VIII) clinched the highest prize of ₹8000, while Rajveer Singh (Class VIII) earned ₹6000. Granth Shree (Class VIII) and Arsh Parmar (Class VIII) also made the school proud by winning cash prizes of ₹3000 and ₹2000 respectively.

In the Junior Group, Rudra Aditya Anand (Class V) stood out with his performance and was awarded a cash prize of ₹2000.

Delhi Public School, Ranchi, takes immense pride in announcing the outstanding achievement of its alumnus, Rakesh Kumar (Batch 2018), who has successfully cracked the 69th Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination with an impressive All Bihar Rank 40. He has been appointed to the prestigious post of Superintendent of Prison and is currently serving at Purnia Central Jail.

DPS Ranchi's Shivani Singh Shines Nationally, Only Jharkhand Winner in CBSE Budding Authors Contest

DPS Ranchi, has added another feather to its cap as Shivani Singh (Class X), a talented student of the school, emerged as one of the 13 winning authors in the prestigious Budding Authors Contest organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Out of thousands of entries submitted by students across India, only 13 outstanding stories were selected for publication. Shivani’s story, titled "पंख उड़ान के", secured a coveted place among them and has been officially published as an EBook on the CBSE Academic website under the title "अभिव्यंजना".

Notably, Shivani is the only student from the entire state of Jharkhand to achieve this distinction, bringing pride and recognition to DPS Ranchi and the region.

DPS Ranchi Emerges as Top Performer at Ranchi MUN 2025 with Record Award Haul

The students of Delhi Public School, Ranchi have once again made the school proud by emerging as standout performers at the prestigious Ranchi Model United Nations 2025, held at Amity University. Competing against top schools and institutions from across the region, DPS Ranchi dominated the conference, winning the highest number of awards and securing the Best Delegate award in four out of five committees, a rare and commendable feat.

It is a moment of great pride and celebration for Delhi Public School, Ranchi, as Ayushi, a brilliant student from the Batch of 2024, has secured admission into the highly competitive Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. Ayushi achieved an impressive Merit Rank (Overall) of 178 and an outstanding Merit Rank (Category) of 09, earning her a place among the top candidates selected nationwide. Her selection is a result of her excellent performance in the IPM 2025 entrance process, which included the Entrance Test and the Personal Interview (PI).

DPS Ranchi Alumnus Gaurav Khemka emerges as Jharkhand State Topper with AIR 42 in prestigious CA Final Exams

Delhi Public School, Ranchi is proud to announce the outstanding achievement of its alumnus, Gaurav Khemka (Batch of 2021), who has successfully cracked the prestigious Chartered Accountancy (CA) Final Examinations conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Gaurav not only cleared the exam with flying colors but also secured the All India Rank 42, emerging as the Jharkhand State Topper.

* Shubhaan Sharma (NATIONAL TOPPER) achieved a perfect 100 percentile in History, Political Science, and Sociology, along with an impressive 99.99 percentile in English.

* Kumar Chaitanya secured a 100 percentile in both English and Political Science.

* Ankur Bhaskar earned a 100 percentile in Political Science, while Pragya Pallavi attained a 100 percentile in History.

* A total of 22 students scored above the 99 percentile across various subjects.

Prasun achieved an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 68 in B.Planning (Paper 2B) with a stellar percentile of 99.7906591, placing him among the top candidates nationwide. He also secured an admirable AIR of 1052 in B.Arch (Paper 2A) with a percentile of 98.4889322, showcasing his diverse aptitude in both planning and architectural disciplines.

Vaishnavi Swadha, a Class XII student at DPS Ranchi, secured an impressive All India Rank 12 in the UCEED 2025 exam, gaining admission to IIT Bombay’s B.Des program. Principal Dr. R.K. Jha congratulated Vaishnavi for her success, highlighting her talent and potential.

IAPT Exam Achievements (29th January 2025)
Three students from DPS Ranchi qualified for the second level of the prestigious IAPT exam 2024-25.
