  • Due to some unavoidable situation, Cultural Program of Class-I postponed from 20-01-2012 to 22-01-2012 (11.00 a.m.). Normal school for Prep to Std.-V on 20-01-2012 (10.15 a.m. to 03.20 p.m.)

  • Schedule for the Pre-Board Examination 2011-12.

  • Due to the Pre-Board exam of class 10 & 12, classes will remain suspended for the students of class-XI on 16-01-2012.
    Classes will be as usual for class-XI on 17-01-2012 (School Time : 08.45 am to 02.00 pm)

  • Due to the severe cold the school will remain closed for class Prep to Std.-VIII from 10-01-12 to 15-01-12 and will re-open on 16-01-12.

  • Reporting Time for Pre-Board Exam of class 10 & 12 starting from 10-01-12 is rescheduled to 08:45 a.m. instead of 08.00 a.m.

  • Exam Time for Class X & XII Students on 23/12/11, 08:00 a.m. After the exam, students will stay back to see their exam answer scripts, Timings : 11:30 to 01:30.

  • School Time for Class XI students on 20th, 22nd and 23rd December, 2011 and from 2nd Jan to 10th Jan 2012 will be 8:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.

Admission Notice for Class Prep (2012-2013)

Registration form for class PREP can be obtained on payment of Rs.550/- (Rs. Five hundred fifty only) from 12 December, 2011 to 21 December, 2011 on all working days showing the Original Municipal Birth Certificate.

Timing: 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon

Age Requirement

  • Age as on 31st March 2012 shall be from 4 ½ yrs to 5 ½ yrs.

  • Born between 1 October 2006 to 30 September 2007.

Last date for submission of registration form is 22 December, 2011. No form will be accepted after
22 December, 2011.

List of Supporting Documents (Photo copy) to be attached at the time of submission of Registration Form:

  • Duly attested Birth Certificate issued by Municipality

  • Proof of single girl (Only one Child)

  • Proof for Sibling (Bonafide certificate issued by the school)

  • Proof for Alumni

  • Medical Certificate of the Child (Issued by the registered doctor)

  • Caste certificate

  • Proof of Residence

Note#

  • SAIL / MECON Employees must deposit a Xerox copy of employee’s certificate.

  • One year pre-schooling is required for seeking admission in class PREP.

  • Registration forms are available in the school office and on our website. Duly filled in up registration form must be submitted in the school office alongwith registration fee of Rs.550/- in cash.

  • INCOMPLETE FORM WILL BE OUT RIGHTLY REJECTED.
