Description: It was a day of applause, inspiration and immense pride at Delhi Public School, Ranchi, as the school honoured its Class XII toppers from the Commerce and Humanities streams in a grand Felicitation Ceremony held at the Vivekananda Auditorium. The event celebrated not just academic scores but also the stories of discipline, vision, and passion that led to these outstanding results in the CBSE Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) 2025. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Smt. Rajeshwari B (IAS), Director, Department of Panchayati Raj, Government of Jharkhand, who served as the Chief Guest, and Shri Zeeshan Qamar (IAS), Director, Dairy Development Directorate, Jharkhand and Managing Director, Marketing Board, Jharkhand who joined as the Guest of Honour. Their thoughtful words and warm encouragement brought immense motivation to the young achievers. The programme began on a musical note with a soulful Welcome Song by the school choir, stirring a sense of pride and joy in the hearts of all present. This was followed by the ceremonial welcome of the dignitaries with a sapling and memento presentation by the Honourable Principal, Dr. Jaya Chauhan. The dignitaries then lit the ceremonial lamp, and a graceful welcome dance by the students. In this heartening event, a total of 118 students from the Commerce and Humanities streams — all of whom scored 90% and above — were invited on stage to receive Certificates of Excellence and mementos. Their dedication was met with thunderous applause from teachers, parents, and peers alike.
